Tyler was the co-founder and managing partner of Catalyst City Development, where he played a key role in shaping the firm’s mission of developing thoughtful, community-centered living spaces. Prior to launching Catalyst City Development, Tyler served as Managing Director at Black Bear Asset Management in New York City. In that role, he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities while overseeing operations and investor relations. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in commercial real estate through his senior leadership position at Cushman & Wakefield, where he earned respect for his professionalism and industry expertise.
Tyler’s academic achievements reflected his commitment to excellence. He graduated with honors from Boston College and furthered his studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as Westtown School.
