Born on November 17, 1990, in Oil City, Jon was the beloved son of F. Edward and Jackie Von. From an early age, he was known for his warm spirit, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty to those around him. He spent his formative years in Shippenville, where he built lifelong friendships and developed a strong sense of community that remained with him throughout his life.
